      Pros

      Long time employees were the best and had the knowledge. Great colleagues to work with and it was an interesting field to work in.

      Cons

      Bad Management - ever since the former CEO came in and brought his minions in, the legacy leaders were forced out. Morale and knowledge went down. Hopefully, now that he is gone, it is getting better as this company has been around for a long time.

      Team is great. Everyone helps each other. Opportunity to bring up your own ideas and work on your projects.
