      Great start to get endorsements, certs, and experience.

      Cons

      typically 11.5 hour days, sometimes 14 hours, No end times. Lots of split days off and poor work life balance. Managements forces odd schedules and split days to avoid paying overtime.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
