Pros
March brought more terminations at top that were long over due. Most anybody worth while has left while waiting on the terminations that were overdue.
Cons
New 2013 Management in place 5 months and still no vision, no direction. They terminated several execs that needed to be gone. But, beyond terminations and running people off - they have done nothing but repeat lame speeches from their first week. Bringing in Dell clique to replace BHS clique - may be better but being yelled at is not leadership. Key points for any company are direction and leadership and there is still none showing.
