1yThank you for your positive feedback on our agency support and technology teams. While we are disappointed that your carrier appointments have not met your expectations, we do proactively advise prospective Brightway agents in challenging markets that many top-rated carriers are seeking to reduce their exposure in these markets and are not currently offering appointments to any new agents. This includes independent agency appointments as well. We continue to work with over 100 carriers, including top-tier national brands, to provide our agents with the best available options for their particular geography. Separately, we agree on your technology assessment and are currently introducing proprietary technology across our agency base that is vastly improving the way our agents operate on a daily basis. Initial response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we expect to have all agencies operating on our new quoting and customer management platform in 2025.
