My experience with Brightside Windows was incredibly frustrating and disappointing due to severe mismanagement, unethical business practices, and a complete disregard for employees. Communication was inconsistent, unclear, and often outright misleading, with upper management providing no transparency or accountability. They made countless promises about job expectations, career growth, and compensation—none of which were honored. Instead, they prioritized profits over people, treating employees as disposable while leadership enjoyed all the benefits. One of the most glaring issues was the company’s refusal to invest in its workforce. Basic benefits like vacation and sick pay were nonexistent for regular employees, yet upper management had full access to them. Pay was far below industry standards, and employees were expected to be available outside of work hours through constant emails and texts. Rather than fostering a supportive work environment, management set impossible expectations, driving employees to quit out of frustration or be fired for failing to meet unrealistic goals. The turnover rate was shocking. Employees would start and leave within days—sometimes even the same day—after realizing the reality of the job was nothing like what was promised. Others were abruptly fired when they couldn’t meet unattainable demands. This never-ending cycle created instability, with remaining employees left overwhelmed while leadership ignored the glaring problems. To cover up their toxic workplace culture, Brightside Windows aggressively pursued high-profile sponsorships and partnerships to appear successful and bring in more revenue. However, none of that money was invested in employees. Instead of improving wages, offering benefits, or creating a stable work culture, leadership funneled resources into marketing gimmicks or cybertrucks while the actual workforce was overworked, underpaid, and given no opportunities for growth. At its core, Brightside Windows operates as a high-pressure pyramid scheme, relying on a constant influx of new hires to replace the ones who quickly burn out. Leadership makes empty promises while employees are pushed to the breaking point with little reward. If you’re looking for stability, integrity, or fair treatment, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
