      - I was able to complete an online course free of charge, paid for by Brightside Academy, to further my career in teaching. - Staff is very welcoming and friendly. - Many opportunities to grow and become the best version of yourself.

      Pros

      My time there was neutral. I enjoyed myself alot there and I met a lot of kind good teachers and staff. I also met some not so good ones. I think that’s at any job. I worked there from 2011-2016.

      Cons

      There were some unprofessional teachers and staff there. At times we didn’t have the adequate coverage for shifts and breaks. No sort of compensation for the parents coming to pick up their children late.
