Amongst the "fluff" you will find actual, hard-working talented individuals. You will most likely see them again, just not at this company for very long
Cons
Directors who fight like little school children and "managers" who are incapable of actually doing work -this is what you have to look forward to. If you are fresh out of college, by all means take a chance. The bright lights of the "cool culture of the Dude" will surely blind you to any negatives. However, BEWARE if you are capable, experienced and knowledgeable. You will not be appreciated or supported. If you're lucky enough to be a member of one of the "owners/founders" extended family, none of this will apply to you - you're all set. Also, if you are good at cozying up to "top" (and have the time to do so b/c you're not producing any actual work/results) you will make it far. No need to be talented, just be whiny, negative and loud.
