      4-hour workday on Wednesday, but manager frequently scheduled time during "off-hours" Good Pay People are very nice

      Cons

      Laid a bunch of key cogs off, struggling to retain customers, as the product isnt refined. Culture is hard to find, 100% remote for everyone Micromanaging

      Wellness Wednesday (afternoons free). Great culture and a CEO that really cares
