Pros

Good benefits package and location

Cons

Part of the Risk Theory group of insurance although they like to tout to carriers they are unrelated since it would be a conflict of interest for many, not to mention the main owner of Risk Theory is not highly regarded in the insurance community. Office offers hybrid positions to some but not all - depends on your workload/book handled. The President is a super nice person but seems overwhelmed so he hired a person to help that now basically runs the agency, including production team although she has no experience in doing that. When people are in the office they hardly speak to each other, so its awkward. Most don't like each other anyway and there tends to be a lot of back-stabbing between them all. Anything brought up to management is swept under the rug and/or ignored with issues ranging from employee criminal background histories, sexual harassment in the workplace, not performing job duties, etc. It all sounds good when you interview, but looks are deceiving and they will basically hire anyone with a pulse.

Pros

Company offers several Hybrid options.

Cons

CEO is Brian Wilburn, which is hidden well and for good reason. Do some research on his business dealings because what I experienced is pretty common for him. Poor leadership all the way around. The poor leadership caused so many non performers with no consequences, which affects moral and profitability. So much drama within this organization, which again goes back to lack of leadership Company terminated 13 employees this week with no warning and no severance offered, even to those who had been there for years and help build the company.
