Extremely hyper critical environment. Every peer you work with will treat you as a child as a new hire. Management is breathing down your neck, and will critique your calls very harshly, while praising other coworkers for similar things your getting critiqued on. Very maddening. Out of the 8 new hires in our class, only 2 are left after 8 months. Very much of a frat on many teams who lack the maturity to evaluate what is work appropriate. There's also no growth opportunity. You will be chained to a desk, working for a critical manager, surrounded by children who are extremely unprofessional.
