The field engineers are, for the most part, likeable, enthusiastic and committed individuals. Good working hours. Good initial rates of pay.
Cons
The office environment is toxic - bullies thrive here. Personal relationships become entangled in professional ones. Poor management - corners are cut and favourites treated differently. Health and safety is attempted, but very poorly managed Pay rises and bonuses are awarded inconsistently.
