Non-existent direction or communication from management, just constant rants from them about staff doing things incorrectly when we’ve never been taught in the first place. Even if you’re permanent part time, every few months management will completely change everyone’s roster and you will have to beg for them to give you your contracted hours. Management get monthly bonuses for coming in under budget, so to ensure their bonuses they deliberately fail to restock essential items like PPE.
