Pros
The software is very, very good and is constantly being improved but ultimately does what it should do and is reliable, prospects are impressed and clients are happy. Structurally they are very organised and the management team are fantastic, very supportive and the kind of people you want to work for. The office environment is great fun, people are focused on their work but lots of joking around and always a positive atmosphere. There are constant perks such as catered lunches every week, free drinks and snacks etc and being taken out for dinners by the management. For the role itself they have a fantastic junior sales team booking meetings for you, typically over 90% of your pipeline will be given to you which is a godsend in sales. There is a culture of success; people work hard and are rewarded for it and management go out of their way to make sure people are recognised for their efforts.
Cons
The role is demanding. To succeed you will need to put the hours in and will often need to do work during the evenings, so this is not the type of job where you can sit on Facebook half the day.
