      Helping people who need and deserve it. Shared goal by mid-range employees in offices. Work performance appreciated by manager, if you have the right one.

      Too many upper management meetings interfere with daily work for upper and mid-level management. Benefits leave a lot to be desired compared to other companies.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
