      I have been with the company for many years. The communication and family environment in the local offices are the best. Their flexibility to work with you when things come up in your personal life is excellent (as long it's not taken advantage of)!

      Cons

      Communication between corporate and upper management. It's getting better but it still needs work.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
