      There genuinely were no pro working for this organization outside of saying I have a job.

      Cons

      Complete negligence, disorganization and disrespectful leadership. Grown people running a business like adolescent children. Sneaking whispering and always plotting someone's demise.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
