Pros
In an otherwise very crowded marketing technology space BrightFunnel is driving two of SaaS' most popular trends right now: attribution and ABM.
The technology works really well, and the customers seem to love it.
Coworkers are smart and caring; no politics or fiefdoms -- if someone is frusturated or bothered it's most likely because of business execution or results, not interpersonal issues.
Leadership is transparent about our strengths, weaknesses, and objectives.
We ship a lot of new product (maybe too much?) with a very lightweight engineering team.
Comp is fair and people work reasonable hours.
Cons
We probably are trying to do too much, which means the messaging can get sloppy and it's not always clear to our customers (or the employees) where we add the most value.
The product is beautiful (and works so well) but integration takes time.
We outgrew our office months ago but have delayed a move until we find the right space and understand our hiring needs, which means conference rooms are at a premium and sometimes it feels like we're working on top of each other.
