      People are generally nice Beautiful office space in FiDi Work feels meaningful CEO is humble, transparent, and seems to genuinely have the company's best interests in mind

      Cons

      Stringent PTO (18 days/year, no sick time) - if you're sick for a week that's nearly 1/3 of your allotment for the entire year No Macs - the laptops and systems in general feel clunky and out of date Many people are overworked and stretched too thin so it can be hard to ask for support

      Welcoming & inclusive culture with a fun-spirited atmosphere Understanding and reasonable management World-class office space in central neighborhood (FiDi) Strong value-led culture and established history of internal promotions Founder is still in leadership CEO internally promoted and been with company for 14 years Flexible hybrid in-office policy and solid benefits Wake up every day and help decarbonize the planet

      Processes are still being refined and can be inefficient and unclear at times Can be an arduous industry dealing with compliance and government orgs Compensation can be underwhelming
