Pros

-The people -Lots of "fun" stories to tell at parties

Cons

As I'm sure you already know from the other reviews, this place is 100% not worth your time. Their immoral approach to running a business bleeds into the lives of those that work there and influences a lot of decisions that are made. It's a very "dog eat dog" mentality and management encourages you to stab others in the back in order to get what you want. Their ethics are questionable at best, and they do not hesitate to gaslight you around every corner. When COVID-19 hit, and we were all sent home to work for the foreseeable future, they were still taking (or stealing, rather) $40 out of all of my paychecks to pay for my parking spot...that I wasn't even using. And when we brought it up, they refused to compensate us. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. There's a new scandal around every corner with them, and people are quitting left and right - and I'm talking C-suite members quitting, not the hard-working, good people in the company (most of those people got laid off). So when the employees that have "the best" setup, and benefit the most from the devastatingly large pay inequality are quitting that's how you know...something ain't right. So, if you don't really feel like waking up every morning and deciding if you'll have to compromise your morals yet again, save yourself the time, and submit your resume elsewhere. There are a million other things I could say about this company, but I'll save it for my tell-all book when the company goes under.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and decent benefits. Wish the quality of the wine had been better.

Cons

As others have mentioned it was a bit of a toxic workplace with poor leadership at the end, but they were acquired and the business was absorbed into another company.
