Corporate leadership is lacking in who they choose to head old & new departments. They lack ethics in how they handle all employees from direct care Staff, to Service Coordinators, and Directors. CEO doesn't care about his employees & only care about the bottom line of operation. Pay is lacking from direct care staff to Upper Management. There is no set P&P and not everyone follows the same policies. No paid mileage for staff, Service Coordinators, Behaviorist, or Music Therapists. Service Coordinators often work overtime and not compensated as well as not paid extra for on call rotation. Training is lacking for everyone in this company - there is a huge process problem. The amount of work that is required of an SC to complete in a 40 hour work week is unrealistic. Each office needs a "receptionist" who can greet patrons and help it's professional staff field calls and do on boarding task.
