Pros

absolutely nothing there is no good in this company

Cons

Loads.... 1.. no process in place 2. CEO is a megalomaniac who thinks no end of himself and only wants yes men around him. Not open to suggestions although knows nothing of technology shifts 3. Their IOT product is a joke. NO real product as such only a makeshift platform which they are unable to sell 4. The company has no credentials it tries to fool its customers by creating unrealistic stories which they cannot backup with references 5. Extremely poor salary ....they always try and underpay its people while trying to make them work twice as much Not a company to work for if yo are looking at a stable career

Pros

The culture is focused towards a growth mindset, diversity and Leadership direction. Company care about employee's well being and are constantly reviewing policies and benefits to make it better. I like the enormous amount of learning opportunities that we have available and great team support.

Cons

There really aren't any drawbacks.

Pros

- Exposure to IoT, software, and AI concepts -The people in the sister companies at the Raleigh office are delightful to connect with and I wish the best. -Dog friendly

Cons

- Significant organizational instability during tenure: layoffs within a few months of onboarding and quarter of staff was termed, followed by a global Marketer resigning and a direct manager being exited. - Frequent shifts in strategy and priorities without sufficient runway to execute. Initial outbound cadences were stopped and a new strategy focused on existing clients was introduced with a new list delivered about a week before the holiday season, making it very difficult to build consistent pipeline. - New sales teams are held to full performance expectations despite constant leadership turnover, changing direction, and a lack of clear tools, enablement, or introductions to key clients and prospects. - Many internal issues appear to mirror concerns that have been discussed internally for years, yet there is limited evidence of meaningful change. - Retention rate is less than a year. Team layoff. - They will fire you without notification if you submit your 2 weeks.
