Project workload may go up and down over the course of a project. If at any point the workload is too much, please work with your manager to determine how best to address the situation.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
