Very weird business - Consultant Bridgeall Employee Review

Bridgeall is a great company to work for. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of their employees. They give autonomy to do your job, they don’t micromanage. They are open to suggestions, listen to problems and take feedback on board. They are very supportive and everyone at Bridgeall is super friendly and helpful. Flexible working is an added plus.

The people at this company are truly its greatest asset. The team is collaborative, supportive, and talented. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and a willingness to help one another succeed.

Unfortunately, the leadership at Director level, tends to micromanage, which undermines trust and hampers efficiency. Sadly the company’s approach to mental health is severely lacking and viewed only as a box ticking exercise. There is very little genuine support or empathy for employee wellbeing.
