Pros

Paycheck doesn’t bounce. “Unlimited PTO” but don’t consider this a real pro because you can hardly use it if you want to keep your job.

Cons

Cruel and undeniably incompetent management. If you want to keep your job, just keep saying yes to all of the worst ideas and ways to do business you ever heard and say nothing about each epic failure as they keep coming, one after another. Very embarrassing place to work, as the clients are consistently disappointed and then the company makes it out like it’s the client’s problem, and not the cheap and degraded products these people try to sell at a premium unhinged mark-up.

Pros

At BridgeTower Media, we’ve built a culture where bold ideas outrank the way it’s always been done. Our leaders are empowered to take calculated risks, backed by a collaborative support system that turns shared best practices into collective wins. We’re a high-energy team that takes immense pride in our craft—working hard to stay ahead and celebrating even harder when we get there.

Cons

At BridgeTower Media, we operate in lean, agile teams where every individual has a direct and visible impact on our success. Because we’re constantly pushing the needle in a fast-paced media landscape, the daily juggle is part of our DNA and downtime is rare. This environment fosters a unique sense of camaraderie and rewards those who master the art of prioritization. The massive sense of accomplishment following a heavy deadline phase makes the hard work incredibly rewarding.

Pros

One good manager, benefits, unlimited PTO

Cons

Everyone is overworked, unsupported , and uncompensated for additional tasks. using PTO is miserable and creates more work for you after because there is no real manpower to cover. Management only cares about profit profit profit and it is tarnishing the reputation and quality of product. No support for the little people in the company. Most people are either in the process of leaving or thinking about what else is out there. The industry is difficult these days, but quality and effort would make us stand out
