Pros

Bridgecare is the most laid back and accommodating agencies I've ever worked for. They truly ensure you are happy in your role, check in for feedback and try to do the most they can to ensure you are getting what you want out of them. The therapists are well trained, the other supervisors are very helpful and overall it is a great environment!

Cons

The only downside it is slightly slower to gain clients as they are just starting this new branch. However, they are truly doing everything they can to make sure they are getting clients to fill the hours needed.

Pros

Supportive staff, competitive pay and benefits, and genuinely meaningful work. Leadership makes an effort to recognize employees and regularly organizes team events that go above and beyond, which helps people feel appreciated and valued. Overall a very positive work environment.

Cons

Like most client-based roles, canceled sessions can affect weekly hours. That said, the company does a good job helping accommodate this — BCBAs are supportive and typically offer options to make up time while still respecting RBT autonomy. The balance of support and independence is actually one of the organization’s strengths.

Pros

So far so good, I am lookin foward to seeing what this company is all about.

Cons

Seemed a little disorganized with the start up, Jumping in as not and RBT working on 40 hours felt a little unprepared, Though I have been in the feild as a BT before. Dont get paid for the 40 hrs...only for 1:1 work.
