Poor management, poor work culture and poor work quality, no scope of learning as their platform is very dated. Unrealistic expectation from designers to design but also do regression testing at every step of the testing process as the business team does not wants to employ testers. There is no proper process in place due to which employees suffer a lot which is largely ignored by the management. Unclear appraisal process, lot of politics and favouritism. Work life balance gets lost as employees in india are expected to work from 8 in the morning to 12 at night, navigating between vietnam, middle east and us timelines. Unrealistic expectation for them to be available for all timelines. Only US team gets all the benefits, nothing is given to India team.
