Pros
Good environment to learn new things. They will use as much of your knowledge and abilities as humanly possible. Pay is decent especially if you remain contract and get paid for the long hours you will put in. The business is doing well.
Cons
Weekly deployments during weekends at midnight or 1am. No appreciation for the many, many hours you put in - it's expected. No playbook or documentation to go by. Mistakes are made repeatedly. Some managers have no business being managers there!
