      Pretty much no fees except for your CRM and signs and prints that aren’t included in your 6000 free ones

      Cons

      Their TC gives advice that could make you lose your license The contracts they have you sign when you start are really poorly written No support

      Pros

      Ability to work with many properties and build relationships with realtors

      Cons

      Office staff was inappropriate and playing mind games each week and put you in random unscheduled meetings while you are busy with lots of tasks that need to be done. Paid hourly but was made to stay late often. Completely unprofessional with the office staff and sometimes with other Realtors.
