Pros

Bridge is a unique company, and it's interesting to learn about real estate investments and all the different pieces that work together to make it successful.

Cons

Executives and leadership are some of the worst I have experienced in my career. Especially the HR leadership team and the executives. The HR leadership team does not care to do their job, they just like feeling important. No exit interviews are conducted, they only push for diversity due to investors' interest (not because they should care and celebrate a diverse workforce). Their turnover rate is absurd. I believe they have about a 50% turnover rate. We cannot keep recruiters at all, and the talent acquisition team has a 100% turnover rate. When you go to higher up executives with concerns, they ignore the complaints and accusations. Might as well not even bother. Sexual harassment is ever-present in that atmosphere with the leadership team asking too personal of questions to their employees. When an employee has been sexually harassed outside of the department by another member of leadership, they sweep it under the rug and victim blame. How can people still be victim blaming, you ask? Well, that's a question for the leadership in HR. Discrimination is blatantly obvious in all parts of the company. They are trying too hard to force diversity, it feels fake to everyone. A diverse workforce is a strong and important quality for companies. Bridge's one and only reason to celebrate diversity in the workplace is because their investors want it. That is all. They don't actually care about their employees; they care about making money. They don't actually care about changing best practices to increase and promote diversity in the workplace, they want to flip the switch so bad for investors that they have asked hiring managers and recruiters to hire diverse candidates, even if they are not the best person for the job. Compensation is the lowest of the low here. Your total compensation package will be on the low end of the market range for your position. Your base pay? No where near where it should. They low-ball base compensation but try to make it up to you with a higher bonus (10+%). However, it's not a guaranteed bonus. So, it'll be iffy on whether you actually will end up with market pay by the end of the year. Overall, Bridge is a corrupt, greedy and toxic place to work. My mental health rapidly declined by the day with how they treat their employees, workforce and how they talk about others. Not only will you make more money elsewhere, but you will also have a healthier work environment.

Pros

Exposure to a variety of fund investments.

Cons

No transparency. The firm has merged with another company and there are currently many layoffs and resignations with no conversations from management.
