Pros
Great coworkers outside of upper management, Clinical Support Management is extremely supportive and kind. You will definitely have the liberty to take innovative and try out your ideas. The pay is pretty good for entry level and you have great benefits.
Cons
Tons of guilt tripping in this company. If you ask for something they will spit back that you should be more appreciative because of the opportunities they give you. Upper management is all a joke and filled with politics and people fighting for power. They will stomp on you until they get their way. If you don’t like it they’ll tell you to just leave, but once you threaten to leave they come crying to you about how you’re a horrible employee and should appreciate the opportunities they’ve given you. Your work will almost always go unappreciated and they’ll expect more and more from you. This is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. There’s tons of sexism, ageism, and gas lighting. You better have thick skin to go into this company because they’re just going to work you to get what they want and spit you right back out. Don’t believe the empty promises they make either, it’s all just a show to get you from quitting.
