Small company, so its only a con if you are expecting a very corporate environment. For me, I preferred thge atmosphere of a small community as everyone is pretty tight knit.

They pull a number of tricks to avoid paying the correct minimum wage, many of which are blatantly illegal such giving you two three month contracts for the same role or technically removing you from one contract to another without your permission or consultation.
