The lack of organization from the top down created a difficult work environment. Management was MIA and when you did your job to the best of your ability without direction you were scolded and degraded for doing it wrong. They fired people without proof of what it was they were accusing them of. They pretend to be a place of inclusion but its the opposite, it's an toxic ego contest. Do not recommend.
