The handful of decent people who work there.

I would not recommend working here due to the toxic work environment and lack of professionalism, particularly when it comes to confidentiality. From my experience, the office culture was dominated by a small group of individuals who acted as if they ran the place, creating a clique-like atmosphere where gossip and exclusion were the norm. If they decided they didn’t like you, they would be openly rude, give dirty looks, and intentionally leave you out, even whispering behind people’s backs—including their so-called friends. It felt more like a high school drama than a professional workplace. There were also clear double standards in terms of rules. Some employees could come and go as they pleased, take long breaks (including frequent cigarette and pub visits), while others were heavily micromanaged over the smallest things. It was frustrating to see people held to completely different standards based on personal biases rather than actual work performance. What concerned me the most, however, was the blatant lack of confidentiality, particularly within the HR department. I witnessed personal matters being openly discussed among staff members who had no business knowing such information. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any workplace. That being said, there were a few genuinely lovely people who made my time there somewhat bearable. Unfortunately, they were overshadowed by the overall negative culture. If you value professionalism, respect, and a healthy work environment, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The prices and bonus’ were not very good
