Pros
Competitive salary, great work environment, colleagues who support each other. Although a big multinational, each individual matters and is respected. Management will try their best to be accommodating and to support people who are genuine, have a good attitude and are willing to develop themselves and contribute with ideas.
Cons
Complex organisation, decisions are getting more and more tightly controlled by the region, upper management from different countries do not always grasp the needs and challenges of offices from various countries as they can only rely on numbers, which don't always tell the whole story.
