Top Management and HR need to be more acceptable to new ideas. Top Management and HR must value talents/capable employees and not treating them as threats. Performance should be based on work output instead of favourism. Top Management and HR need to be more transparent and keep promises. Top Management and HR shall not involve and encourage office politics.

Too many unnecessary office employees, and management. Driver facing cameras. Childish policies. A lot of brainstorming that mostly revolves around how to blame a driver or how to take money back out of drivers pockets in favor of paying people in the office whose jobs should be consolidated or replaced. They started paying more after Covid because their hand was forced, then the big minds got together and made new policies to take more than half of that money back from the driver and people who work overtime because clearly those people aren’t smart enough to figure that out and will just take it.
