I worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and really enjoyed my time at Breeo. The team is full of genuinely good people who care about the work and support each other. Leadership is down-to-earth, and which made it easy to speak up and be involved. I had a ton of opportunities to learn new things and take on projects outside the typical EA scope, which helped me grow a lot. It’s a fast-moving company with a strong mission, and it always felt like we were building something meaningful, not just going through the motions.

It’s a very dynamic environment with lots of moving pieces, so being flexible and open to change is important. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and doesn’t want a rigid, predictable routine.

Cool products but that's about it.

Toxic CEO, who's power is completely unchecked. Almost 100% turnover rate every 18 months for this reason. Benefits reflect old fashioned Amish culture, terrible PTO, parental leave an absolute joke, hostile towards remote, and under staffing causes all employees to be overworked and underappreciated. Quick to blame people for failure, quick to credit general market with successes, i.e. there's no winning.
