As of 2022 there are no longer pros to working here. Look elsewhere.

Cons

The direction of the new president is awful. There's zero respect for anyone's hard work and time away from work. We are having a record year, yet they cut pay, cut gas, cut expenses. What will happen on a year when we are actually behind in revenue? Company puts out a holiday time off policy every year with company dates we have off, but then 2 days before even holiday they change course and expect all of to work. It's ridiculous. Noone is happy and sales force is miserable.
