      The benefits are pretty good.

      Old school mentality of yelling at sales reps to try and get them to sell more. the industry as a whole is down, yet they think they can push more sales out of thin air.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule. My coworkers and direct manager were mostly great, more my manager than anything.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. It was a new program for Diageo and the amount of money wasted on BS blew my mind. Pay for your employees gas.
