Pros
- Industry-leading pay
- Flexibility
- 1-on-1 time with your manager to discuss issues, scheduling, and ideas
- Promotes from within as a growing company
- A company that puts its clients and employees first.
Cons
- Industry-wide limitations for DSPs (if a client cancels, you're out those hours. You have to drive around town(s) for your meetings, and while they pay for mileage your time is your own.)
- As a growing company (<15 years old), some things are still being developed or changed which can cause stress and misunderstandings
- Supervisors often seemed stressed or scatterbrained with their workload.
- Some client goals seem impossible, but you are told to support them with it anyways. (Which isn't "bad", but can be stressful).
