Pros
good proximity to restaurants, laid back environment, patio has water features, friendly coworkers, sense of community.
Cons
Not all employees get parking and are forced to street park in 4 hour zones or risk their cars getting towed. Business decisions are never thought through, leading to a lot of excess work when logical solutions are 'discovered'. There is a bad case of 'too many cooks in the kitchen,' which causes decisions to be problematic and innovation stifling. Bathrooms are outdoors, and only accessed via a key, much like a rural gas station. Kitchens lack basic amenities, like dish soap, utensils, or even cups. Coffee is available, but difficult to consume without said cup. A general lack of appreciation for people's work, leading to a very poor morale.
