I would strongly advise against working with this marketing agency, as my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional. Initially, they offered high salary packages to attract talent, promising a great work environment and growth opportunities. However, within just a week of joining, they backtracked on their commitments, stating that they suddenly didn’t have the budget to honor the agreed-upon compensation. Without any prior notice or valid explanation, they reduced the salary to less than half of the original offer, leaving employees in a difficult position. This kind of dishonesty and lack of transparency shows just how unprofessional and unreliable this agency is. It's clear that they do not value their employees or their commitments. Do not waste your time with this agency—it's a toxic environment, and you’ll only be left frustrated and disillusioned.
