      Pros

      Great staff, fair pay, ability to move up and move to other departments. Always felt like you were hanging out with friends, working together towards a similar goal.

      Cons

      Lay offs were tough. Some managers didn't really have the qualifications for the role, they simply got there with tenure.

      Pros

      The company has many creative shingles that they operate under. So there are many opportunities to find the right fit for you.

      Cons

      It's sometimes a challenge to figure out the chain of command and who is in charge when you have an issue. The chain of command is a bit complicated and they are sometimes too rigid with their creative.
