      Like tgey have recently really been piling on the benifits Options to move up Pto The environment is good Pay is good

      Cons

      If you miss 1 day without pto you wont be able to advance or find ops for 6 months Alot of the benifits arnt needed by everybody Net promoter score metric (metric customer opinion can cause correctives if goals not met and thus canot be controlled as you can get any caller)
