      Good work-life balance No shift tantrums Great opportunity to learn No micromanagement Employee centric Diversified culture Less politics as this is a new setup Free cab facilities, door to door drop in normal shifts also.

      Cons

      No cafeteria Frequent organisational change without any justification given to employees No role of HR in Bangalore office Manager will be everything You are good until you are aligned with them These are not major points , one can manage & make their way .

      The employees! They were some great hard working young adults!

      No meaningful pay progression. Limited recognition for performance.
