I don’t recommend working here - Anonymous employee Bread Financial Employee Review

I was there for 5years. It used to be a good place to work and I was even proud to work there before but this last year or so took a turn. The senior leadership team is extremely untrustworthy and do not value the employees. The morale of the company is negative all around. They will do whatever possible to save money, which means not backfilling positions and giving extra work to others and sending jobs to India. I no longer believe their message of “driven to grow” and “giving back to the community where they live and work”. It feels like a facade. It’s very sad what the company has become.
