      - Great team members across pretty much the entire organization. - Management actually vouches for employees to executives, even actively working to make sure employee accomplishments are recognized. - Great compensation

      Cons

      Lots of red tape to get through for major changes. Many outdated or overly complex systems and procedures (though this is actively being worked on)
