Excellent people to work with; very friendly. Casual office environment. A good place to work right after college and get experience. Extremely flexible hours and ability to work from home.
Cons
Relatively low pay scales and tight office budget. High turnover in all departments. Shifting management. Culture slants towards sales at the expense of other departments. Outdated technological base.
