- Toxic work life balance - the company does not value its retail employees but encourages its customers to physically and emotionally harass the employees by ignoring harassment incidents/complaint and offer little to no protection or support to affected employees. - the company also takes advantage of its employees making them work beyond their required responsibilities and underpaying them without no form of explanation. - upper retail managers in the company are delusional and live in a bubble where they make policies useless to the needs of employees and are also toxic, which causes further problems for the employees. - Toxic company culture.
