      Pros

      I have worked in Braves technologies for more than an year and I will never forget the support that I received during my work tenure here. The management is very process oriented. I was able to reach out to the CEO directly on several occasions whenever I had to talk/clarify anything . The HR team is very supportive in finding various job opportunities to work as consultant and never I felt I am working in a wrong environment

      Pros

      A very growing company. Awesome environment to work in. I got to learn a lot. The culture is inclusive and friendly.

      Cons

      Could have more consistent processes but I think that is a symptom of the growth

      Pros

      I worked with Braves for about 3 years and had a great experience. The management is honest and supportive and you get what you are promised. They work with you to get you high paying quality projects. There is also significant opportunity to learn new skills. I left Braves several years ago, but I am still connected to the managers and talk to them once in a while. Definitely a great company to work for.

      Cons

      The company is a small company, so not very recognized.
