Pros
It's truly the best company culture I've seen or been a part of, and I'm 48, so I've seen a few. Bravado has a strong clinical representation as well as technical, and the leadership is well-versed in both, which makes for great accountability toward results. It's been my experience that the collective cares about the impact their products will have on end users, administrators, c-suite and patients. Everyone works hard toward a common goal, but they also take time to have fun, celebrate and recognize those who are making a unique and positive impact. I've also heard it from others. I saw many employees come in from other companies and they couldn't believe how different and great it is to work and enjoy what you do because the culture is that good. I highly recommend taking a job here if you get an offer.
Cons
It's a start-up environment, so you need to be able to wear multiple hats and solve problems. Of course, with a great culture and skilled people who care, there are plenty of willing experts to assist you.
